Laura Dubin is a Rural Development Specialist and Lead Trainer with the Rural Community Assistance Corporation. She lives in Longmont, CO, and travels to rural communities around the Western US to provide training and technical assistance on a variety of topics including water management, board duties and responsibilities, and economic development. Laura also leads RCAC's internal training team which provides staff development for training and facilitation.
Laura has Dual Masters in International Affairs and Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from American University and the United Nations University for Peace. She has worked with all levels of government both domestically and abroad, including the UN, Federal Agencies, and State and Local Governments. Laura has a passion for travel and training, and is thrilled to be a part of the ATD community!
