Michael Rothschild, M.Ed., has been a member of our chapter for three years, since moving from the D.C. area. While in DC, he helped develop the Leadership Special Interest Group (SIG) for the DC ATD chapter.
Michael has had either a long and diverse career, or a schizophrenic collection of interesting jobs. He has been involved with training design, development and facilitation since 1982, and has been an independent consultant since 1993.
Dissatisfied with traditional story boarding, Michael developed an innovative approach to instructional design based on visual thinking techniques and iterative prototyping.
Michael has worked on a wide range of L&D projects. Training topics included sales and marketing, anti-terrorism, female reproductive surgery, disaster response, leadership, and financial literacy.
In addition to training, he has worked in system analysis, programming, technical documentation and project management.
