It’s that time again! The ATD State of the Industry webcast is happening December 10th. Part of our ATD-NRC community is being together for events like this and your board still wants to be “together” and enjoy food. Since we can’t gather for lunch this year, we’re sending lunch to you!
Registrants will receive a $15 GrubHub coupon on the morning of December 10th for you to use as you wish. As always, lunch is included for NRC members!
11:30-12:00 - Virtual Networking & GrubHub Lunch (Plan your order time so your food arrives prior to 12p)
12:00-1:00 - ATD Webcast
1:00-1:30 - Discussion & ATD Professional Plus Membership Giveaway
About the Professional Plus Membership GiveawayAfter the webinar, we will have a members-only drawing for a one-year national ATD Professional Plus membership, valued at $399. Must attend to win!
Registrants will receive the meeting link in their confirmation and event reminder emails. By registering for this event, you will have access to the ATD webcast. When we watched this webcast during a luncheon last year, we had some discussion during and after the presentation. This year, since the event will be virtual, we will be broadcasting the ATD webcast with a chat box open so we can again comment and discuss as we go. This will allow for a much more interactive, and hopefully more interesting, program.

Calling all talent development practitioners! ATD recently rolled out an updated capability model that illustrates what talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others and their organizations.
Hear from ATD's Director of Credentialing, Morgean Hirt, about how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict. Explore the new interactive Capability Model, which can help you harness change for your organization.
Participants are encouraged to complete the Talent Development Capability Model self-assessment after this session and return for Part II to learn about the skill gaps of professionals in the Northern Rockies region. The greater the number of self-assessment participants, the more robust the dataset can be for discussion.
As Director of Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development, Morgean Hirt brings over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience in personnel certification and accreditation across a variety of professions. Morgean has devoted her career to advancing professions through the establishment of industry standards. She provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing credentialing programs, focusing on policy and standards development, test development, board and committee governance, program audits, strategic planning, and ANSI/ISO 17024 and NCCA accreditation.
