Engage Your Team with a Coaching Culture

In 2020, many organizations experienced a large transition of their workforce, a transition that came with benefits and challenges.  Challenges continue and include keeping employees engaged, healthy, and ensuring their overall wellbeing for sustainable productivity and results.

At the same time, the transition provides a critical opportunity to create a coaching culture within the organization. Too often, culture happens accidentally; without attentiveness and intention, culture will create itself. A healthier approach is intentionally influencing and/or creating culture. A coaching culture is one that helps people throughout the organization get the answers/assistance/support they need, when they need it- even while working remotely.

In this webinar, Michael Brown, CEO of Insight Leadership Group, will introduce a framework for understanding culture, shifting to a coaching culture through a self-directed approach to dramatically accelerate collaboration, engagement, and ownership.

Attending this session, participants will:

  1. Understand culture and how to shift it
  2. Learn how to scale coaching in your organization to support current reshaping/pivoting of the business
  3. Strategically create a culture of ownership through a coaching culture
