The webcast will run from 12-1, and we invite you to join us between 11:30-12 for lunch and networking. We'll have a discussion of the webcast from 1-1:30 for anyone who can stay.

The State of the Industry report is ATD's annual review of talent development trends, spending, and activities. In this webcast, we will discuss key benchmarks from the 2019 report, such as:

the average number of training hours employees are using
delivery methods companies are implementing
content areas organizations are focusing on
• on-the-job learning opportunities employers are providing.
• direct learning expenditure

You do not need to have read the report to understand and attend the webcast. The report will be available to members in early December at td.org/SOIR2019.
