Collaborative Mindset and Coaching Skills

Learn new strategies and techniques used by professional coaches and today's top leaders to create engagement, develop capability and foster trust. In this interactive workshop you will learn new ways to interact with the people you support. Explore strategies to shift into a collaborative mindset and receive tools that you can immediately apply in your role to develop competency, create problem solvers, engage learners, empower teams and connect with those you support with meaning and purpose.

Please note the date. This event is being held during the fourth week of the month, not the usual third week. This is to accommodate those lucky ducks who will be on Spring Break during the third week of the month.

About the Speaker

Holly Hutchinson Osborn
VP and Director of Programming
Coach Training Alliance

Holly Hutchinson Osborn provides coaching and professional development for businesses and non-profit organizations. In her role as the Director of Programming at Coach Training Alliance she has helped organizations address the big challenges related to employee engagement and equipping managers with the next generation of leadership skills. Prior to this role, she negotiated global contracts with Fortune 50 companies in the telecommunications industry. She is a former D1 volleyball player who graduated from UC Berkeley and lives with her husband in Fort Collins, CO.

CTA provides training and certification for professional coaches as well as customized programs and solutions for organizations who want to move away from command and control style leadership and move towards collaborative leadership to grow the capability individuals and strengthen their organization.
