Competency models provide a valuable resource for human resources and training professionals in driving their performance management processes. They can also be a real challenge to develop and implement! Join us at this session to learn how the State of Wyoming Department of Administration & Information has implemented a competency model for performance management. We will walk you through our journey to implementation, challenges we've faced along the way, and our plans for continuing to develop and improve our competency model.

About the Presenters
Kimberly Fields & Anne McGee, State of Wyoming
Anne McGee and Kimberly Fields serve the Director’s Office at the State of Wyoming Department of Administration & Information and are in the midst of developing and implementing a multi-tier competency-based employee development program for their agency. Anne has twenty years of experience as a human resources professional, and Kimberly has fifteen years of experience in education as an instructional designer and a curriculum manager.
