Unbusy: ReframingTime Management with Joy Nyenhuis
When asked, "How are you?" do you respond, "Busy"? Is the word "busy" prevalent with your colleagues and team members? Is there a sense of being overwhelmed in your organization or the organizations you work with? If you or the people you work with identify with being "busy" then this is a great session for you.
Join us for this interactive workshop where we will:
- Identify factors that lead to busyness
- Dispel a myth about a common time management strategy
- Explore strategies for being un-busy
- Be inspired to create a new response to "How are you?
About the Presenter
Joy Nyenhuis, Colorado State University Online
Joy Nyenhuis (pronounced 9 + h +ice) currently serves as a Student Success Coach with Colorado State University Online. Joy enjoys being part of the CSU Online team because it provides affordable access to innovative, high-quality education for students across the world. Joy is a Master’s degree candidate in the Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change program. She is receiving her certification as a Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach and is a group and workshop facilitator, team builder, public speaker, and coach through her business, NoCoFuture.
