Unbusy: ReframingTime Management with Joy Nyenhuis

When asked, "How are you?" do you respond, "Busy"? Is the word "busy" prevalent with your colleagues and team members?  Is there a sense of being overwhelmed in your organization or the organizations you work with? If you or the people you work with identify with being "busy" then this is a great session for you.

Join us for this interactive workshop where we will:

  • Identify factors that lead to busyness
  • Dispel a myth about a common time management strategy
  • Explore strategies for being un-busy
  • Be inspired to create a new response to "How are you?
