Expanding Your Universe:  A Learning Professional’s Guide to Strategy Development

Strategic planning is becoming a core competency for learning professionals, yet there are few opportunities to learn a successful approach.

Kick off your new year with a session designed to provide an in-depth look at how learning professionals develop strategic plans to guide their work.  Learning Champion’s Mary Kay Malovich teams up with eLearning expert, Michael Rothschild, for another fact-filled event.

This session is relevant for all levels of learning professionals who strive to achieve results within an organization.  You’ll learn how tactical and strategic perspectives differ.  And, we’ll cover:

·       Successful Strategic Organizational Learning Plan components

·       Steps in the Plan building process

·       Selection of important performance indicators

·       Learning Plan linkage to other organizational strategies

Included:  Participant reinforcement activities, an industry example, relevant terminology, and practical advice.

Register: Please register before noon on Friday, January 20th so we can print your FREE Job Aids and have them available for you at the session.

Lunch/networking:  Doors opens at 11:30 and the presentation starts promptly at 12:00.  We will run until 1:15 pm, with a raffle immediately following the session.  All attendees are eligible for the prizes.

We hope you’ll join us for your ongoing professional development!  It’s a great way to start 2017.
