Bringing Leadership Home: Three Key Performance Strategies

Leaders rise and fall on expertise. Yet, between two organizations that have equal talent, the one with the winning culture will outstrip every other competitor.

However, winning cultures are only created by those with true leadership presence, and the people skills to execute.

In this entertaining, interactive workshop, Master Facilitator Dr. Lisa Hale will show you how high performance cultures are created and challenge you to “Bring Leadership Home.”

Using client stories from three enterprises with record breaking profits, Dr. Hale will demonstrate how to use the Bringing Leadership Home model to deftly change course in high stakes conversations that have become heated or unproductive.
