In the morning session Don will explore how training should be planned, executed and measured to deliver its intended impact on results. He will focus not just on how to measure results after the training is completed, but how training needs to be planned with the end results in mind and then appropriately reinforced if it is to deliver value. After lunch Don will address managing change and share his insights on what is required to get the desired change in behavior.
